Wacom users, MUST READ

Journal Entry: Wed Mar 18, 2009, 3:26 PM
This is something I meant to tell you guys about ages ago, but it slipped my mind entirely. Basically, I want to tell you about something that's going to make your experience with Wacom tablets or Cintiqs a hell of a lot nicer. I'll give you a little rundown here, but I also have a short video up that'll explain things really nicely for you.

For starters, you can go to the deviation by clicking below, which will link you to the YouTube video, or you can click here to go straight to the video.

So what this is, is something called SmudgeGuard. It's a little half glove that fits over your drawing hand. What this will effectively do is make your drawing experience a thousand times better. You won't get grease or oil on your Cintiq or tablet anymore, so your strokes are going to be much smoother and more natural, and your hand won't stick or drag ever again.

Everyone I know who's ever gotten one absolutely loves it, and wouldn't even think about working without it. Best of all, it's relatively cheap, especially for how much you're going to use it and how long it's going to last. So check out the video, it'll give you a better idea of what it's all about, or you can go directly to the website at SmudgeGuard.com to learn more.

Also, definitely check out the testimonials on the site. If I can't convince you, I'm sure they will.

Take care guys, pick one of these up if you get a chance. You won't regret it.

Mine just arrived today. used it on my ASUS EP121, best experience I've had since I got the tablet pc. Works wonders and is worth every buck I spent on it.

Mine aren't loose at all, in fact they were a little snug when I first started using them, but they stretched a bit. Maybe you need a medium?

If it was to keep your hands warm, I'd agree, but it's not.
