Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Me and `DanLuVisiArt got a bunch of our stuff stolen out of his friend's car via smashed window last night. Best part about it is that San Diego police wouldn't even come out because we don't live there. No matter that a crime was committed, they just don't fucking care.

There goes about $1500 worth of stuff between the two of us, including a bunch of clothes, ipods, Dan's iPad and my signed WETA book. We had no idea our friend would be parking the car in a secluded garage instead of on a crowded street. Even though we concealed our bags under the seats, it was a dumb move on our part, but fuck its irritating.

So, fuck you San Diego, especially your joke of police department.

At least I can laugh knowing when they opened my bag their first impression was a hair brush, boxers, and toiletries instead of a laptop. Oh well, I'll be back home Tuesday, minus my loot.

Cally cops have never been known to be.....awesome. Someone stole the seats out of my mom's car and they did nothing about it, even though we lived there at the time. Crap, right?
Luckily, stuff is replaceable. It totally sucks because thats expensive loot, but atleast you're not hurt, nor is adonhis.

Just out of curiosity, I asked my uncle about what the police department did to you guys and he said that that's illegal and you can sue them. A crime was committed, it doesn't even make sense for them to not come out. They just flat out ignored a crime? D: I donno. He's been a detective for forever, so I'm assuming he's correct - then again, we're in Arizona, so maybe it's different over there. Buuut I know going to court over it could be an incredible hassle, either way.

I hope things get better from here on out, though! Maybe one day you'll wake up and your hairbrush will by lying at your doorstep. You never know.
