Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

DD + new brush set?

So I got my 6th DD yesterday, thanks to ^KasumiCR! It seems like just yesterday that I was hoping I'd get my first one, which ironically is now in storage because of how horrid I think it looks.

The DD was on my brush set, which is awesome, because for once it wasn't about displaying my artwork, but providing a valuable resource to people who can benefit from it. I've had a good set of brushes for so long now, I sort of take it for granted. I forget what it was like to have no idea where to get a good base set of brushes, and just messing with a bunch of crap I was finding all over the place, which was never what I needed.

Of course the easiest solution is to make your own, but that's a little intimidating at first, and the results the first go around are usually.... interesting, and not in a way that helps, haha.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for all the support over the years guys, and maybe I can get an advanced brush pack up soon. The only reservation I have with that, is that many of the brushes I use regularly are modified versions of other people's brushes. And while I don't think they'd mind, being as they supplied them to people in the first place , I feel a little funny about re-purposing without crediting, and I've had some so long that I wouldn't know where to start.

That said, maybe the solution is to just say, "If you recognize this brush, let me know and I'll credit."

As always, take care everyone, I'll have some new artwork very soon. An epic space battle, including wallpaper versions, and hopefully my Mass Effect painting by next week.
