I just finished
Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane over the weekend, and I was thoroughly impressed. You can check out the trailer for the movie by Martin Scorsese
here.
Anyway, I'm in the mood for some more novels, and as I haven't been reading much over the past two years, I'm at a bit of a loss for what's good out there.
Does anyone have a good suggestion for something of the thriller/mystery nature, or perhaps something supernatural? I'm a fan of King and Koontz, as well as Michael Crichton, among many others. Sci-fi is also good, but I'm wary of it because the market seems to be saturated with mediocre works.
Anyway, hit me with any suggestions you might have, and maybe a quick little blurb on what it's about if you can. Thanks guys!
