Saw WALLE, it's a must see. Easily my favorite Pixar movie next to the Incredibles. The animation, characters, story, everything about the movie is the absolute best.
Also saw Wanted... Not as great as I was hoping. Maybe I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have because I was the loser in the back of a packed theatre, watching it by himself. My issue is that it's too outlandish. Not ridiculous enough like the Transporter to get away with it, it takes itself just a tad too seriously and it becomes too hard to keep suspending your disbelief. Also, some of the special effects looked one step above polished game cut scenes, but it's still not bad by any means. As far as action movies go, it was entertaining, but it still felt like it was lacking something.
Picked up Alone in the Dark on the 360... took it back 12 hours later after attempting to play what the developers think is a game. You can polish a turd all you want, but it's still a piece of shit. Avoid this game at all costs... but if you want, I challenge you to get past the first 40 minutes of gameplay without running into massive glitches and wanting to tear your face off out of frustrating from haphazard controls that a chimpanzee apparently engineered.
Returned Alone in the Dark for Battlefield: Bad Company. It's no Call of Duty 4, but it's definitely a great game. Much harder than I expected, and I've laughed out loud on more than one occasion during the campaign. The characters are fantastic. Solid single player, and obviously the multi-player, what the series is known for and built on, is superb.
Things have been... weird for me lately. I'm sort of trying to figure out who I am. In a way, I lost a big part of myself recently, and I'm attempting to get back on my feet and see where they take me. I'm a little lost, and confused, but hopefully the disorientation will clear soon and I can find my way back into an existence with a brighter outlook.
I wanted to thank everyone for their support and patience. I already know some of you are going to say, "What? There's no need to thank us." But shut up, and just deal with it. There's also a handful of people in particular who have been extremely supportive and have gone to great lengths to help me and prove their friendship. You guys know who you are, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Might do a contest soon, but the subject matter is really up in the air still. I need to make a few decisions and decide where I want to take it. I had planned something weeks back, but I can't decide if that's what I should do anymore...

WALL-E made me cry and become very frightened of how complacent humans are and how that can span on for centuries to come, but, in the end, my new favorite.

I am smarter than 92.92% of the rest of the world.
Also, it made me laugh about Alone in the Dark. I thought that game looked stupid, and now you've confirmed it.

Omelas is so far away now...
I'm rowing hard in my little dingy, though. Wish I had a motor sometimes, or a sheet to string up as a sail at the very least.
