Been playing Crysis 2, and also started reading some H.P. Lovecraft, so I've had squiddies on the mind. I needed to loosen up from client work, so this is sort of what I threw together. Didn't initially intend for it to turn into anything, but I had too much fun rendering the skin, so I finished it.

Also, I finally figured out a process I like for colorizing a black and white sketch/rendering. I might put together a tutorial for it to help everyone out. It's by no means perfect, but it worked great for me this time around.

More work real soon, I wont be waiting months between submissions from now on, rofl.

Just.. wow. I discovered some of your art today and it's simply mindblowing. I saw this Lovecraft-ish picture and i felt so awed i needed to leave a comment. Most art simply dosen't do Lovecraft justice.. But this.. this is just mindblowingly awesome. Keep this up, this is some extremely good work, and i'm not just blowing smoke.
