This piece was a commission. Took quite a bit of time, but it was nice to do a portrait again. This piece taught me quite a few techniques for painting convincing people, so I'm happy it came my way.
Thanks for viewing. ___________________________ EDIT: Fixed a number of issues with both hands, the neck, and tweaked the hair in a few areas. The hair isn't 100% to my liking still, but it would take an excruciating amount of work and time to repaint it, given that the image was flattened. It was great for learning, though, and I'll know how to work it next time. I put this in storage for a bit, and it lost most of the favs on it, thanks dA. If anyone who faved this comes across it again, re-fav it, because it probably isn't in your fav gallery. |
